MISSIONARY DEPUTATION TO BENDIGO

The Rev. Samuel Waterhouse, missionary from Feejee, and Solomon Ramasi, a native Feejeean minister, are expected to arrive in Sandhurst this week, as a missionary deputation to the Wesleyan Churches in this district.

Solomon Ramasi is an intelligent man, and speaks in the most precise and lucid manner; he has been engaged for some weeks past in visiting the churches of South Australia, and has created the deepest interest on behalf of the South Sea Missions. He is to preach in the Wesleyan Church, Forest Street, next Sabbath morning, at 11, and in the Wesleyan Church at White Hills in the evening, at half-past six, - the Rev. Mr. Waterhouse interpreting; and missionary meetings are to be held at Sandhurst, Monday; Golden Square, Tuesday; White Hills, Wednesday; and Eaglehawk on Thursday. - Communicated.
